Only minus point in light weather upwind is the volume, if you hang far enough forward the nose in the waves just goes under water. Also, the rail of more modern boards is even thicker and they run even better with a9.5than this Equipe that is actually7.5is designed.

I actually only have myR-Type 9.5sailed here, never had too much wind for the9.5. By the way, if it's going to blow really hard, that's not going to work anymore.
