Origin
In February 2021 2ndhands bought via the internet at Sailboards Tarifa.
Sailed this board a few times now. Board likes it very much. Lots of control, clearly calmer on the water than the JP FSW boards. Waveriding is pretty good for a Freewave, certainly better than the JP FSW. Sufficient volume to avoid being punished for every mistake. Easy to float, but also easy to plane.
Sails
My goal it to use this board mainly with 4.7 and 5.3. With less wind there are no waves and my JP FSW 102 is better. If the wind stronger, the 95 is too big.
Fins
Board has my favorite finboxes: Powerbox for the center fin and Mini-tuttle for the thrusters. I'm going to try 19 to 23cm center fin with 10 to 12cm thrusters. And on flatter water maybe without thrusters.
