Another nice Tuesday night session
Almost a repeat of last week, just a little less wind.
Wind seemed a bit minimal for the 6.0, but if the wind were to increase a little more it should be possible, so tried anyway.

JP FSW 102 with Banzai 6.0 and MFC 29cm
At the beach as expected: bobbing, but I was in plane faster than I expected. Water was not flat, a bit low, but tricky chop, between the beach and the measuring pole almost cross to the sailing direction, after the pole it was mainly swell. After gybing, I had to wait for a gust to get planing.
Once planing I could almost always plan the whole run. Only sometimes get upwind through the most difficult chop, slowed me down too much.
Occasionally I could find a steep wave and I was able to jump a bit, but took some good searching. There was actually nothing for waveriding, really only some single back-side hits. If the wind was just a bit stronger I could do planing gybes. Together with Ron and Stefan did some duck-gybe practice near the beach, some planing, only fell in once or twice.

Set was often a bit small, even with minimal trim. Very little floating.
Nice sailing, unfortunately few nice waves to play with. Unfortunately, no sun.

17:30 2.75 hour Wind: N
Board: JP Freestyle Wave 102 Pro - MFC Freewave 29cm
Sail: Goya Banzai Pro 6.0 - Goya Hunderd Pro 430 - AL360 E3 Carbon 160-220
Set worked well. Wind seemed minimal, so outhaul in upper eyelet, and loose and slightly less downhaul. After a gybe often had to wait for a gust to get planing, but then I could plane the whole run. Set planes very early, especially if I could find a bit flatter water or use a wave to get planing. With minimal wind I could still get upwind..
If I could find a steep wave, the board would jump nicely. Not really being able to do some waveriding.
