Warm winter session
Last days of the year, forecast: wind and 10+ degrees. Autumn was relatively bad, no autumn storms, often little to no wind.

Banzai 4.2 with Triwave 89 and 19/12cm fins
Set worked very well. Control and range very good. Good in the beginning. Later the wind subsided, many surfers started to rig bigger sails, I gave the sail less trim and I could still sail well. Unfortunately few really steep waves, so only if I was able to find a wave I could do a bit of back-side riding. Waves never high enough for front-side.

It was nice to really sail with a small sail again.

Blokkendam

12:30 2.25 hour Wind: W/SW
Board: Fanatic Tri-Wave 89 - MFC TF RTM 19cm/MFC TF 2x12cm
Sail: Goya Banzai X Pro 4.2 - Goya Ninety Pro 370 - AL360 E3 Carbon 140-200
Range of the Banzai was again perfect. 4.2 was the right choice. Perfect at first. After wind decreased, with minimum trim still doable. Then the wind came back. More trim in the sail.
Good control. Foot straps were just too small. Few steep waves, so little jumping and waveriding.
