A bit minimal, but still nice and warm
Increasing wind forecast all day, finally SW again.
Aimed to be in Zeeland at the end of the afternoon, when the wind would exceed 20 knots.

Banzai 6.0 with JP FSW 102 and MFC 32cm
Wind seemed a bit minimal for a 6.0, but with increasing wind that should only take some time before the sail should be big enough, wind automatically becomes hard enough for your set.
Minimal trim in the sail. Near the beach, not enough wind, but bit further out, a gust and in was planing. I could plane quite a lot, but with minimal pressure in the sail. After a while I went to the beach to have a drink, in the expectation that it would be better afterwards. It did not get any better, rather worse. Rain also seemed to be on its way. Since the wind should be really good tomorrow: save some strength: stop in time.

Unfortunately, the wind direction stayed/was too south.
It was still quite warm, summer wetsuit. But wind was a bit disappointing. prediction was much better.
Oil: I had been lucky. I later learned that people had oil residue on surf gear and wetsuit suits. Oil appeared to have washed ashore. Fortunately, I had nothing on my board or sail. Only a few small spots on the bottom of my shoes, only visible because the sole is blue.

16:00 1.75 hour Wind: S/SW
Board: JP Freestyle Wave 102 Pro - MFC Freewave 32cm
Sail: Goya Banzai Pro 6.0 - Goya Hunderd Pro 430 - AL360 E3 Carbon 160-220
Sail on minimum trim. Wind minimal. I needed a gust to get planing. Once planing, the board kept going.
Upwind required a bit of effort in the minimum wind. Mast foot slightly forward helped a bit.
