A few more hours of fun
After 2 top days, the wind would decrease today. Since we stayed in Zeeland we took the opportunity to use the best wind of the day. Just after the showers before the wind would really subside.
It was very quiet at Blokkendam, I guess everyone had already had enough wind on Saturday, personally I had not driven to zeeland with this forecast.

JP FSW 102 with Goya Banzai 5.3 and Makani 26cm
In retrospect, I should have taken the 5.9. But the 5.3 with minimum trim (upper outhaul eye) worked pretty well. Could plane often. Sometimes nicely powered. It was low tight, no high waves, but some pretty nice little waves. So could make some small jumps. Couple of attempts of a tabletop. Flat water, so jibing was really nice. Not much of waves for riding.
Wind was too west for the best conditions at Blokkendam, always trickier getting away from the corner at the dam.
Wind slowly subsided, could only plane in the gusts. Body was already tired of 2 long days surfing, so time to stop. Did not feel like rigging the 6.6.

Nice end to a wonderful weekend. Wind was not great, but with the 5.3 and FSW 102 very much enjoyed it.
Was obviously colder than days before.

11:00 2.25 hour Wind: W 18/24 kts
Board: JP Freestyle Wave 102 Pro - Makani Kaku 26cm
Sail: Goya Banzai Pro 5.3 - Goya Eightyfive Pro 400 - AL360 E3 Carbon 160-220
Set worked very well. Wind sometimes minimal. But with outhaul on upper eye and outhaul minimal I could plane early, that combined with the FSW 102 worked very well. Planed more than any other. I was the only one that could jump a bit. The FSW102 runs so loose over the water, delicious.
