Set worked very well. The 4.2 quickly at max trim. Control usually good, but board bounced a bit too much in the strongest gusts. I could get upwind too easily, maybe too big fins. Jumping and waveriding was good. |

I had just put a smaller center fin under my board, has the wind dropped. Getting upwind was clearly less good. In the wind holes I often couldn't even sail cross wind. But with minimum trim in the sail I could almost always plane. The range of the Banzai's is really amazing: not having to de-rig and rig, just adjust the trim. Until I could almost not plane anymore: time for the 5.3? |

I had wanted to rig 5.3 on the One 95. But when I came to the beach with the One 95, the wind was back. First tried the 4.2 on the One 95.. What a difference, the One 95 planes so much easier than the Grip 93. Feels like a board a size bigger, even while jibing and wave riding. Wind was back: full power. 4.2 back to max trim. The 22.5cm center fin was really too big. I went upwind way too easily and it also bothered me a bit with wave riding, too much pressure on my back foot. |

Set worked well, wind fully back: full power, 4.2 on max trim. With the White Water 20cm it sailed a lot better. In combination with the 11cm thrusters and the 4.2 full-power, I could certainly have sailed smaller fins, but it didn't bother me too much. Jumping well, wave riding good. Even made a few attempts front-side. Lots of control. |
