Another fun afternoon at sea
After a nice Friday afternoon/evening wind was predicted for the entire Saturday. In the morning some showers, so after that it should be very good. It was very busy.

Goya One Pro 95 with Banzai 4.7 with 19/11 thruster set
In the beginning the wind was still fairly gusty. Sometimes really minimum trim needed, sometimes maximum trim. When the clouds went away and the wind turned to SW, the wind increased considerably, and became more stable. Waves were a bit variable. In the beginning with the more southerly wind it was sometimes nice jumping, not my best side, but went pretty well. Also sometimes nice waves for waveriding: a few successful front-side attempts. After Friday I tried back-side into front-side a few more times, that also worked sometimes, but not as well as on Friday.
After the wind had turned I could also jump with right foot in front, so much easier for me. Waves became higher, but due to the sometimes very strong winds, waveriding was a bit more difficult, it was more survival.

Sailed all day with the same set. Stopped because there was a heavy shower coming.
Again I should have changed to the 4.2. Last half hour the 4.7 was actually not really sailable anymore, I think I could have sailed an hour with the 4.2, and at the end the 3.7 would probably have been the best choice.
Very nice with a lot of friends on the water.

12:45 4.5 hour Wind: SW
Board: Goya One 3 Pro 95 - MFC TF RTM 19cm/MFC TF 2x11cm
Sail: Goya Banzai Pro 4.7 - Goya Eightyfive Pro 400 - AL360 E3 Carbon 160-220
Set worked very well, especially the range of the Banzai was again very useful, from minimum trim on the upper outhaul eye and more downhaul to over max trimmed with lower outhaul eye. A lot of jumping, mostly with left foot front, that's going pretty well again. With the right foot in front (my preferred side) I really notice how well the board jumps. Waveriding was pretty good. After sailing with the Tri-wave on Friday, I have a feeling that front side is better with the Tri-wave, but that may also have been down to the conditions. Only in the strongests gusts was control more difficult. But should have sailed with a 4.2 in that wind.
