Wonderful evening session
Forecast looked good for days, good wind in the afternoon and evening. On arrival the wind was a bit disappointing, so I rigged a size bigger than hoped/expected: rather full speed planing than a lot of floating.

Banzai 6.0 on the F-Cross 113 with Supercross 34cm
Since the wind was a bit minimal I opted for a slightly larger fin: Supercross 34cm
Many surfers back on the beach, wind had decreased too far for the 4.7 and 5.3 sails. I had to pump a bit, but once planing: long runs along the beach towards the lighthouse. In the beginning the wind was a bit minimal and I had to go downwind a do a bit of pumping a few times to get planing. Wind increased slowly, gettig planing got easier, board went faster and faster. Water almost completely flat in the beginning, so nice freeracing. With the increasing wind also means higher waves, and with that the board became very fast in these waves and also the 34cm fin became too big, board lifted too much, smaller fin would certainly have been possible, but smaller kit too, time for the 5.3.

Banzai 5.3 on the One 95 with 21/11 Thursters
Set was right from the start. Control good, upwind good. Jumping over both sides possible. Back-side wave riding fun. Sometimes even multiple hits on one wave if you could find it.
Wind increased more, sail at max trim. Upwind was very easy, smaller center fin would certainly have been possible.

One of the best sessions of the year: lovely sunshine, lovely constant wind. Unfortunately not a lot of waves.

17:30 1 hour Wind: W/SW
Board: Patrik F-Cross 113 - Select Supercross 34cm
Sail: Goya Banzai Pro 6.0 - Goya Hunderd Pro 430 - AL360 E3 Carbon 160-220
In the beginning the set was good, sail medium trim, could plane easily, early and get upwind. Board ran wonderfully fast on the water. Making nice long rakes. Wind slowly increased and the waves also got higher. The 34cm was really too big. Sail at max trim and in the gusts almost overpowered. Board ran super fast, but in the waves and chop it was just too fast and with the 34cm fin, downwind became more difficult.
18:45 1.75 hour Wind: W/SW
Board: Goya One 3 Pro 95 - MFC Freewave (20) 21cm/MFC TF 2x11cm
Sail: Goya Banzai Pro 5.3 - Goya Eightyfive Pro 400 - AL360 E3 Carbon 160-220
Set worked great. Good control, back-side wave riding very good. Fins in the harder gusts a bit large, could easily get upwind and look for the nicest waves. Unfortunately the tide was going out and with that the waves also decreased considerably and it was harder to find nice waves. Smaller center fin would certainly have been possible in the gusts.
